New ligature groups needed

Dear friends,

I wonder if the Manuel/Jsesh can be extended to include these ligatures, in order to print correctly a text with many cartouches:

A&t&g
D&t&N17
x&D237
G17A&R (or G17A&D153)

I know I can somehow design these groups, but anyway if the software recognised these ligatures it would be very good. Perhaps it won't because are not really standard at all....

G17A&D153 already works (prefer D153, which is standard MdC, to R, which is not. In the next versions, D153 will be accessible through "r" anyway).

D&t&N17 can be done with D&&&(t:N17) (a "&" ligature would be a good idea anyway...)

A&t&g : what placement do you want exactly in this case ?
