Sign Info Editor

I am having trouble using the Sign Info Editor. I clicked the signInfoEditor.command file in the bin folder. This launched the terminal application which returned the error message

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: jsesh/signInfoEditor/ui/SignInfoEditorApplication

It then stopped.

What am I doing wrong?

I am working on a Mac under OS 10.4.11

open the file signInfoEditor.command with textedit, and tell me what's in it ?
tell me in which folder you installed JSesh ?

I had it not at the root level in the applications folder, but inside another. Having moved it back to the root level, all works fine now.
