The hieroglyphs from Pharaonic Inscriptions from the Southeastern Desert of Egypt by Russel D. Rothe, William K. Miller and George Rapp were apparently composed with JSesh.

The hieroglyphs from Pharaonic Inscriptions from the Southeastern Desert of Egypt by Russel D. Rothe, William K. Miller and George Rapp were apparently composed with JSesh.
It's not very hard to provide, but it takes a bit of time, so, unless there are many requests for this, or someone volonteers to implement it,
It will not happen very soon. If the current interface proves difficult to handle for colour-blind people, on the other hand, contact me, and I'll think about providing, for instance, an alternate set of colours.
However, if you want your output to have certain colours, the best way to go today is to save it in SVG format. It's rather easy to change the colours of the SVG file then.
