Simon005 - Graphic format - Pop-up text

In the Edit Preferences - Graphic format - the pop-up should read

is "somehow portable" sb "portable to a certain extent".

Apart from that, the pop-up should stay open for at least twice as long as at the moment. The user has to have time to read the text. The best solution would be for the pop-up to stay open as long as you have a mouseOver event.
