François Neveu's very good grammar, "La langue des Ramsès", has recently been translated into english, under the title "The Language of Ramesses".
I may be a bit biased here, for F. Neveu has taught me Late Egyptian, but it's certainly one of the best books on the subject. It' not wordy, but it's very well structured, with in particular an illuminating approach to nominal sentences (in particular cleft sentences).
So, if you are interested in the Ramesside Language, which will open you the documentation of Deir el Medineh (and more), I heartily recommend it!
