Our colleagues of the Open Richly Annotated Egyptian Corpus have created two meta-search engines.
Here are links to their software:
- A meta-search engine for sequences of signs in various projects (ORAEC, PNM, Prosopographia Aegypti, Ramsès, and TLA) ;
- A meta-search engine for hieroglyphic word forms in various projects (ORAEC, PNM, Prosopographia Aegypti, Ramsès, and TLA) ;
That is, you type a list of Manuel de Codage code or Unicode glyphs, and they will return what they find in :
- JSesh text library
- the TLA
- Prosopographia Aegypti
- Persons and Names of the Middle Kingdom
- The Ramses Project
- Their own database (which is a unicode encoded version of the TLA base), taken from the AES - Ancient Egyptian Sentences.
