Ongoing work on JSesh

JSesh 7.4.2 has just been released, with its powerful search engine, but a new version of JSesh is in the forge (probably coined 7.5.something).

I will introduce many small improvements:

  • improved exports to Unicode, for both transliteration and glyphs.
  • a very convenient system for inserting line numbers in texts: simply type a line number, for instance "vo, 4" and JSesh will be able to insert "vo, 5", "vo, 6", etc...
  • a number of bug fixes
  • technical stuff: I'm moving JSesh to Java 14. It seems to work quite well. It's important for the future of the software. (more to come, I will update this post as time goes by).

I will modify this post as other improvements are written. Stay tuned!
