Unicode Hieroglyphic fonts
I have made a truetype font which uses the JSesh signs and follows the unicode encoding standard. You can Download JSeshFont.ttf.
As a font, it's currently a bit strange, because signs have no margin at all (basically, it's optimized to be used as a glyph source for a hieroglyphic word processor, not as a stand-alone font). This is likely to change (in which case I will provide two fonts and not one).
Other fonts
A number of other Unicode-compatible fonts exist. see the external links page.
Some of them implement the Unicode operators natively, which the JSesh-based font doesn't do.
