FIXES A CRITICAL BUG IN VERSION 2.4.12.
Much improvement for the mac (custom icons, possibility to open JSesh files by double-clicking them). Improvement of the Palette mecanism. (AND A BUG, corrected later)
Bug fix for version 2.4 (cut and paste did not work between JSesh and Microsoft Words on Windows).
